Green Roof

The Lemar green roof system is a roof felt-based system that uses an inverted layer construction to create a strong and durable roof. This innovative system allows for the collection and efficient management of rainwater, ensuring the safe drainage of rainwater through the layers on the roof. The Lemar Green Roof covers all types of roofs effectively and permanently, using a specially developed and constructed system. Green roofs, also known as “living” roofs, are actually one of the oldest types of roofing. However, their use was rare until the second half of the 20th century and they were considered something unusual and expensive. In 1970, German architect and landscape designer Hans Lutz proposed using “green” roofs to improve the ecological situation in large cities and industrial areas. Today, roof gardens, flower beds, and gardens on roofs have become increasingly popular.
