PolDeck TD from the EuroPanels offer is a roof sandwich panel with a core of rigid polyurethane foam, attached to the support structure with a connector passing through the entire thickness of the panel.

PolDeck TD is a slab of universal character and is suitable for buildings of various purposes, with a roof pitch of at least 4 ° (7%) for continuous panels and 6 ° (10%) for panels connected lengthwise with skylights, etc.

PolDeck TD roof sandwich panel is available in the options:

AGRO – a board with an additional anti-condensation layer, whose task is to absorb moisture appearing inside the building, and then release moisture into the air in the form of water vapor;
OVERLAPPING – undercutting the L and P internal facing from 50-300mm

It is very important to properly measure the length of the PolDck TD panels to be installed, to avoid ordering the panels for too long (unnecessary waste) or too short (which sometimes prevents installation at all). The panel lengths should be specified in the building design. They can also be measured based on the finished structure. The customer is responsible for the measurement.

The roof supporting structure, intended for the assembly of PolDeck TD sandwich panels, can be steel, wood or reinforced concrete. Different mounting screws from the EuroPanels offer are used for each of these types of constructions.

Remember to keep the spacing of the purlins, their profile, length and width in accordance with the construction design. The support structure is a load-bearing structure for panels that transfer snow, wind and rain loads to it.

Due to the effect of sunlight and strong heating of the roof surface, it is recommended to make roof panels in white (eg RAL9010), as well as the use of expansion joints and joining panels along the length – “shortening” a single section of the panel. In this way, appropriate “work” of the panels on the structure and compensation of changes in the length of the cladding are allowed.
